Our Services

Child Development Center (CDC)

The Child Development Center provides renowned child care services to university students, faculty, and staff. At the center, we understand how important quality child care is when you balance work, school, and family every day, so we have convenient hours, locations, and prices to meet the unique needs of the university community.

Commons Conference Center

The Commons Learning Center serves university departments and a broad range of businesses, state agencies, and associations delivering educational programs. We provide outstanding meeting facilities, complete catering and dining options, and a staff dedicated to superior service.

Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center (TSC)

The Texas Swimming Center provides The University of Texas at Austin with one of the world’s finest facilities for all known events in competitive swimming, diving and water polo. It is modeled after the pool used in the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich.

Longhorn Aquatics

Longhorn Aquatics provides instruction for a variety of aquatic programs. Swimmers and divers of all ages and abilities can participate, ranging from beginners to Olympians.

Parking and Transportation Services

Parking and Transportation Services (PTS) is a self-funded auxiliary department of The University of Texas at Austin. We are responsible for the management of nearly 16,000 parking spaces on campus, including nine parking garages and more than 50 surface parking lots, and we strive to satisfy the multiple daily requirements of 70,000 staff, faculty, students, and visitors.

Records and Information Management Services (RIMS)

Records and Information Management Services (RIMS) at The University of Texas at Austin provides information, training, and support to the university community in all areas of identifying and retaining official university records.

Travel Management Services (TMS)

Travel Management Services acts as a liaison between The University of Texas at Austin, UT System and contracted travel vendors. We collaborate with the State of Texas to negotiate contracts with rental car companies, airlines, hotels and travel agencies, and we operate under the goal of connecting university travelers with the services that best meet their needs.
