Celebrating Winners of the 2022 FAS Core Values Awards
Dear FAS colleagues,
When we launched the FAS Core Values Awards program back in May, it was with the intent of honoring our colleagues who exemplify our FAS Core Values of Diversity, Innovation, Integrity, Service, Stewardship, and Teamwork as we work towards strategic planning for FAS that will inform future awards. I am pleased to say that nominations exceeded expectations in terms of the volume of nominations and the overall quality of the nominations. In fact, we had so many good nominations that we can’t announce the names of all of the winners in a single email. For the names of the winners, please see this FAS Times article, and then I encourage you to reach out to your colleagues and congratulate them on a job well done.
However, I do want to call out one of our award categories and officially announce the David Carter Integrity Award. By naming this award after our former Chief of Police who passed away this year in April, we can continue to honor his legacy of integrity for years to come.
It was truly heartwarming and invigorating to see so many FAS colleagues taking the time to highlight the work of their peers across the portfolio. In addition to congratulating all of the winners, I want to also thank everyone who submitted a nomination.
For those who are able to join us later today for our employee appreciation events, I look forward to seeing you all. For those employees who work remotely and are unable to attend, more information on employee appreciation options for remote workers will be coming soon.
