Dear colleagues,
In recognition of Black History Month, the Financial and Administrative Services (FAS) Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Committee will host a virtual event for staff who identify as Black to share their personal stories about their contributions and experiences at work and within their communities. The forum will also explore ways we can support and elevate an inclusive workplace for all.
Diversity is one of FAS’s shared core values, and this event will underscore the connections between individual stories and the positive impacts a diverse workforce has on our teams.
This virtual conversation will take place sometime this spring, depending on interest and availability. If you would like to participate, please reach out to the committee via email by Friday, March 4.
