Business Rule
All 29-Accounts must have a B-3 Report Code. This is used for the Annual Financial Report (AFR) so that the balances appear in the appropriate column on the Schedule B-3. If a 29-Account does not have a B-3 Report Code, it will not be included on the Schedule B-3.

This Report Code identifies 29-Accounts that are used to support Intercollegiate Athletics.
