Financial and Administrative Services (FAS) is dedicated to supporting the mission of the University of Texas at Austin of unlocking potential and preparing future leaders of the state. One of the essential elements of meeting that mission is conducting our work in a way that reflects our value of diversity in its many facets.
To that end, we want all of our employees to feel confident that their varied backgrounds and experiences are valued. The Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Committee is committed to learning more about the current state of the Financial and Administrative Services (FAS) employees. The FAS EDI Learning Survey will ascertain employees' appetite for EDI learning around a broad range of EDI topics and learning preferences.
