Project Details
All units within University Business Services (UBS), along with the Budget Office and Accounting and Financial Management Plant Funds team, are actively supporting the planning, design, and future implementation of the UT Works project. UT Works, launching in November 2024, will replace FAMIS and WORQS, enhancing the management of physical spaces, service delivery, and data utilization across the university.
Project Objectives
UT Works will be the central work-management system for several operational units, supported by FAS units like the Budget Office, Plant Funds team, and UBS. FAS experts are consulting on all phases, partnering with the COO’s office, eBITS, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and future improvements.
Project Working Group
UT Works is governed by an Executive Sponsor for leadership direction, a Joint Steering Committee for strategic direction, and an Oversight Committee for functional and technical guidance.
