Tuition and student activity charges authorized in the Texas Education Code, including board approved courses and college and program activity charges. Student tuition and fee revenues can only be spent for the purposes for which the funds were collected. Transfers from student tuition and fee accounts (Report Code 1: BHCMAND, TFC) to non-student tuition and fee accounts are not permitted.
